While I was working from home at the start of COVID in March, I took many long walks to break up my days. I currently rent in Bradley Beach and knew I wanted to stay in the area and also wanted to maintain a water view. She returned calls, texts and emails immediately. In June, I closed on my waterfront home where I know my family and I will be happy for many, many years! Meghan was the most comprehensive agent we have ever worked with. If I could give Meghan more than 5 stars, I would! What an amazing realtor. Seriously. From start to finish, Meghan was there to guide me step-by-step, answer all of my questions, and give me reassurances and advice. As a first time home buyer, I was especially nervous about the process. But she listened to me, was SO responsive, and most of all, a joy to work with. There was never a day that Meghan didn't greet me with a huge smile, and at least 10 minutes early for all appointments and meetings! She is beyond punctual, and always kept in touch with me early mornings, nights, weekends, and probably also in her sleep. You will simply not find another realtor who works as hard as she does. I cannot recommend her enough - her knowledge of Monmouth County and surrounding areas is expansive. And if you ask her a question she doesn't know, you better bet she'll have an answer for you within the next hour. Comps in the neighborhood? Done. Nearest grocery store? Got it. Highly recommend! I recently used Meghan for both the sale of my condo in Asbury Park and purchase of a townhouse in Keyport. I cannot emphasize enough how above and beyond Meghan went to guide me through the process and ensure that I was well-taken care of the entire way. I know a few realtors that had come recommended but I decided to go out on a limb and use Meghan after she promoted herself in my building with very thoughtful postcards that emphasized Asbury events and tips on condo living. I was really impressed by how useful each of these postcards were. Asbury Park is red hot and to find a place can be difficult and to find a dependable realtor may be even worse.
